Trickster studio holds its meetings in the Italian most typical pizzerias to worm the secrets out of the best tradition of made in Italy. The performance consists in the preparation of 100 pizzas at that very moment in a hand-made oven. The audience interacts by tasting and fixing a price to the pizzas, setting a value to the quality of the artistic product.
